SPRINTS, MIDDLE & LONG DISTANCE GROUP TRAINING
Group Training for Sprints, Middle and Long Distance
Training in groups is a great way to maintain motivation, skills and fitness with other athletes. Our training sessions are limited to a group of 12 Athletes to maintain an effective level of individual attention.
With the athlete's main event in mind, training sessions will be primarily focused on improving overall technique, endurance, speed, strength, flexibility, coordination, agility and running experience.
Age group: 8 - 18+
2 Athletes = $50 per athlete
3 - 4 Athletes = $45 per athlete
5 - 6 Athletes = $35 per athlete
6+ Athletes = $25 per athlete

Event Focus: Sprints, Middle distance, Long distance & Cross-country
Day: Mondays 4:45 - 5:45pm
Venue: St Luke’s Park at Concord / Olympic Park Athletics Tracks ($4.00 entree fee at the counter)
Current Fee: $25
Ages: 8 - 15 years
*Note that there will be an entrance fee of $4.50 for Olympic park training venues
Please submit a completed form and we will get in contact with you. *Group training is limited to a maximum of 15 athletes and placement will be given on a first come - first serve basis.
