At LSH&F we provide you the option to train outdoors in small or big groups. Whether with your friends, family or work buddies, this is an exciting way to get in shape and maintain your fitness levels. The outdoor group training sessions are focused on medium to high intensity workouts that would generally last between 40 - 60 minutes (including warm-up & cool-down). A typical training session of this type consists of varieties of exercises performed with body weight, external resistance forces and obstacles.
